Hey there am new!

Well I have been having this problems for around a week now, every time I put my computer to sleep it turns on by itself straight away its just like I don't hit/click any keys.

- I removed USB Cables to make sure its not the Keyboards/Mouse problem.

-I disabled the laptops built in Keyboard to make sure its not the problem.

-I also re-formated my laptop a few times not because of the sleep problem just for some other reasons and it never fixed the problem at all too.

Heres also a video - Please watch it.

Please try disabling your Network connection and then try sleeping again because it may be a Wake on lan problem.
Please post back with the results

Good Luck,

Hey JJr2000,

It still wakes itself up, tried disconnecting first attempt didnt work, disabled the adapter (via network sharing centre) and it still doesn't work.

Can you remember when it started doing it?

I think it started happening since June, this year. But I didnt notice it until this this week.

Could you possibly try restoring a system restore point before June?
Because this often fixes unusual problems like the one you have.

Can't do system restores due to recents reformats. There's no system images.

Quick question does the laptop sleep when you shut the lid?

Wow I never thought of that, yeah it does sleep when i shut the lid! So what could the problem be?

It could just be a fault with the sensor that detects the lid because if the lids open it might be detecting it closing then opening again even it it hasn't been toughed, Thus waking it. The only way to fix it if it is this if to disassemble the laptop, check for loose connections, and then buy replacement parts if needed which is a lot do do considering you can just shut the lid instead!!!
