Can my pc burn while lighting storming?

I didn't know where to post but i guess some of you may know.Right now it rains here in Bulgaria,i live in an apartment which have lightning rod so my question is should i turn my pc or no? The psu is corsair vs 650w if that matters somehow am on the eight floor though.

Anything can burn due to electrical spikes (such as ones caused by lightning). The best advice is to unplug any expensive electronics during a storm. A surge suppressor is no guarantee of safety.
