I have never had any reason to move files/folders but It seems wherever I go I read about files/folders being moved off the 'C' drive, leaving only the OS. This seems to be a really good idea and would like to do this, but am a bit nervous about trying it.
Will system 32 be involved?
Is it possible that I can cut everything except the 'windows' folder and be safe in moving the files/folders to another drive?, or are there other f/f that should remain...DLLs and such?
Although I'm not totally at a loss with computers, my knowledge of computer know-how is having enough knowledge to possibly mess things up if I'm not careful.
I have read cutting and pasting would probably be the better route.to go instead of copy/paste.
I also read about 'save set location.' Could someone please elaborate on this?
Thank you

(those are aimed at SSD's, but...

(those are aimed at SSD's, but will work with any two drives)
