Solution
Don't waste your money on an FX 9590. They are overpriced, overclocked, FX 8350's. Put your build together using pcppartpicker and you will get a wattage estimate.

So what do you suggest me fellow respectable members ? Im not a pro when it comes to overclocking thats why i wanted to upgrade to the 9590 but as i mentioned im not a pro so i will follow your advices ... Whether to go with the 9590. Or oc my 8350 ...
Another concern is my 2 7950 cards ... Do ypu advice me to keep them for now or trade them towards an upgrade ? I never had issues with them i game on 2560 x 1440 and they are pretty keeping up ... I thought about adding another 7950 but i didnt find clear info on whether my boars would support or not .. my other choice was crossfiring 2r9 290 though ill pay a big sum ... Ao what do you guys advice me ... Ill follow your advices because im really distracted ina very confusing way ...

Thanks for your time ...

Not all games support crossfire well, I would probably want to go with a single powerful card. Definitely would overclock the FX 8350 vs getting a 9590 + watercooler. For that cost you could switch to a faster Xeon (aka poor man's i7) setup.

+1 going the xeon route, This will not only save you a shock on your electricity bill and let the pc live longer under less heat, but also outperform the 9590 by quite far.
