What is the make and model of your power supply? Is it a Corsair CX430? If so, just replace it. The Corsair CX line power supplies are built with the intended to use to be low-end office computers, not high-end high-performance computers. It has poor capacitors and does not handle heavy load well.

A XFX TS 550W or a XFX 650W will both do very well for you. They are great quality power supplies and are very affordable at about $60.

Even if your 430W appears to work, you are likely going to encounter freezes and possibly crashes while the PSU is under heavy load. So it will just annoy you until you replace it. Furthermore, that will reduce the life span of your other components if that happens often and you don't replace it.
