Hello, I am having a problem in which my internet cuts out every few minutes for a few seconds and comes back on. The internet goes out for the whole house, not just one device. I tried troubleshooting the router by restarting it, changing out cables...same with the modem. I tried skipping the router and connecting directly to the modem but I did not get a usable connecting from it. Yesterday I kept getting an IP Conflict message on my PC saying there was a conflict, but I checked all IP's connected to the router and there is no problem, I went ahead and changed the IP's of two PC's connected to the router and I stopped getting the message, but the connecting problem still exists. Any ideas?
