For 190, better yet, for 170, you can pick up an I3 and a motherboard. Any I3 will beat the Pentium even when overclocked. Also, to overclock, you need an aftermarket cooler. This is at least 30 more bucks. Getting a Pentium and a Z motherboard does not prove good price / performance wise versus I3 + H motherboard. But if you really want to overclock - go for it. Just do yourself a favour and buy an aftermarket cooler. Cheers

If you are planning for the future to get a better graphics card then good on you on the psu, if not then that PSU is massive overkill, a 400 watt psu would be plenty.
As advised I would look at doing an i3 and a cheaper board or a amd fx-6300. No reason to spend more on your board then your CPU (dont want to go cheap on it, but dont need to spend more then your CPU).
