Narrowing down a freezing problem

So a quick recap as I had a post a couple months ago, and an awesome dude helped me through a lot of it, I just want to see if I can't get through this final stretch, if I could once again ask for assistance-

Rig-

CPU- AMD FX 9590
GFX Card- Nvidia Geforce GTX 660 Ti
RAM- 16 GB DDR3
MOBO- Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z
OS- Windows 7 64Bit
PSU- Cooler Master V1000 (1000W)

Problem-

Freezes for NO reason whatsoever and at random intervals, mostly (As of right now) during gameplay, seems to be an issue for slightly intensive games as doesn't seem to be a problem for other games.

I got a lot of help narrowing down the problems, going through the troubleshooting, drivers, temps, etc etc. Finally got somewhere with Memtest and Prime95's Blend mode (RAM intensive) and have narrowed it down to being RAM related.

I couldn't afford new RAM so I switched the RAM slots in vain hope it might negate the issue (And to be fair it seemed to work, havent had an issue in months) but it cropped up again recently, and I finally had enough money to go ahead and grab another set of RAM, thus I have installed the new and removed the old. I have not played any games yet (Obviously I will) but as a precaution I ran both Memtest and Prime95 again to test the issue. And it seems literally nothing has changed, PC BSODs with Memtest after a little over an hour testing the RAM and Prime95 once again can't get through testing Blend for more than it's second test.

I'm kind of curious as to what this could mean really. The RAM is brand new, though I know it's not unheard of to get faulty RAM twice in a row, I feel that its kind of a stretch. Is it possible the slots are all bad??? If so why is it so random and why is it ALL of the slots XD. Any way to fix it? Or should I just be thinking of trying a new MOBO T_T

Is the ram you purchased on the QVL for your MB(will be on the manufacturers website)? Check what timings your ram is supposed to run at( example: 9-9-9-24) Go into the bios and see what the timings are set to, if they dont match, manually set the timings to the manufacturers recommended.

So as an Update I changed all the clock settings to the recommended values as displayed by the RAM's Manufacturer (Default was set to 1333Mhz 11-11-11-28 when the Ram is set to run at 1333Mhz 9-9-9-24).

Unfortunately none of the RAM I owned were on the OVL... go figure... (As a side note my buddy is using the same RAM however and he has had no problems to date, so I don't really know what gives there) and ran another bout of Prime95... to failure. I'm giving memtest a go, but it doesn't look good...

So a new Development, apparently changing the timings from Auto to the recommended settings seems to cause a blue screen error now???? This JUST started becoming an issue all out of the blue... I'm literally tempted to just send the mobo back for a replacement this crap shouldn't be happening XD
