I downloaded some new drivers for it a few days ago and I have noticed that the card is running a lot hotter idle than it used to. It used to be around 37 degrees celcius idle but now its like 54. This is because the core clock and memory clock are at a constant 501Mhz and 1250Mhz, instead of what they are meant to be (300Mhz and 150Mhz for idle.)
Can someone tell me how to stop this??!

I would try a complete reinstall of the drivers, uninstall then use driver fusion to remove the left overs then install the drivers.
If you have msi afterburner installed try a reset of the volts/clocks then restart pc (reset, apply, then restart pc), before doing the above.

Ok, I did both things you said to do... Nothing has happened.
Has my card died a little bit or could it be anything else?
