PC will not shut down, hard shut down and it turns itself on again! Everything on the desktop seems to be frozen but I can get onto Internet! Haven't tried removing battery but running a scan now and will try if this doesn't work. Have had recent issues with TROVI.com removal, and removing and reinstalling malwarebytes too.
Won't let me type, I can get onto IN but nothing on my desktop including my computer

For the software issues, I suggest a clean Windows setup after running a full scan on your files for viruses then backing up your data.
The hardware issues, if the system is under warranty, contact the vendor, if not, you need to have a repair shop look at it, sounds like you may have a short in the power supply or motherboard if it turns on by itself.
