I live in the UK and there for I am buying most of the parts from amazon and newegg so they arent the best prices I could find but I am not overly fussed by that. I am building a rig for College work, intense gaming and maybe some recording and all round fast performance on every application I could throw at it! These are the parts I hav picked so far, for about a £700 budget. I can't really stretch much further than that otherwise it will be an unrealistic time for me to build it in.

MSI B85-G41 ATX Motherboard - £46.45
GIGABYTE AMD Radeon r9 280x - £201.00
G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 2x4GB - £58.99
Corsair BS CXM 600W Semi-Modular PSU - £51.48
Kingston V300 120GB SSD - £44.29
Seagate 1TB 7200RPM SATA3 HDD - £35.99
Corsair CC-9011052-WW Carbide Series SPEC03 Mid ATX Tower - £45.81
Corsair Air Series AF120-LED 120MM Quiet edition Case Fans - £14.98

I decided to go with a high performance cooler and an unlocked processor incase I decide to overclock, also I got some additional case fans to keep up good airflow and hopefully squeeze a little more juice out of my GPU and Memory. I went with an SSD to improve boot speeds and overall performance of my PC. I went with a Mid to High range card so I can get 60+ fps on higher resolutions. The rest of the components are pretty self explanatory.

Let me know what you guys think, let me know what kinds of experiences you have had with some of these parts, and if you suggest some replacements, I would really appreciate you telling me and maybe back it up with some evidence like different Reviews, Personal experience and Benchmarks!

Thanks!
