Assistance needed with a windows bug?

why does my computer close programs and hides my desktop then i have to manually put explorer.exe in? how do i resolve this situation out as it worrying me. it would be appreciated if someone could help me resolve this

i have avg paid with a subscription also the avg tuneup and one click maintenance its nothing to do with a malware,trogan,etc there is no virses on the system and i always scan my computer everyday with all the programs thanks for the suggestion anyway.
