Hello guys!
This is my first time building a cpu on my own
and i just want to ask your opinion and/or advice

What will the cpu be used for:
Gaming and for Digital Art purposes

I am currently in the philippines and plan to buy/order my parts from
pcx.com.ph so prices will be based on that site

My budget is 15,000 php (344.670 US Dollars)

Processor:AMD FX-6300 processor (5,850.00/134.421 US Dollars)

Motherboard:ASROCK 960GC-GS FX motherboard(2,450.00/56.296 US Dollars)

Memory:CORSAIR 4GB DDR3 PC1333 (CMV4GX3M1A1333C9) memory(1,750.00/40.211 US Dollars)

HDD:I have an existing hitachi deskstar hdp7250glat80 250gb (free)

PSU:CORSAIR VS450 450W power supply(1,580.00/36.305 US Dollars)

Graphics Card:1GB DDR5 AXLE NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX460SE 256BIT (2nd hand 3000/68.934 US Dollars)

Case: RAIDMAX SUPER VIPER RED case (1,950.00/44.807 US Dollar) (it has to be red . . )
(over budget with the case i might change it or increase my budget just for this because i love how it looks . . )

OS:Windows 7 already installed on my old HDD
I plan to upgrade the ram in the future when i got enough money
and buy an SSD for storage
I dont know if these parts are compatible with each other, can you guys help me out?
if you have other alternative that can perform better with the same price or lower (better) feel free to tell me

Thank you for taking your time to read this, i hope you can make time to make a response as well ^^
Have a nice day :)

EDIT: oh and i have existing optical drives as well. . .

I do not plan to SLi or overclock any components (yet if possible in the future i might)

Solution
Your parts are compatible . Its a good thing you are not going to OC as i dont believe the mb has much headroom for that anyway

You will not be able to plug your hard drive in and boot . A full reinstall of windows 7 will be required , and if its an oem copy it may not activate

thank you very much outlander for taking your time to reply on my post!
The Hard drive is compatible with the CPU build, i just have to do a full reinstall of windows 7 correct?
how about the power supply, is it enough?

Thank you in advance! :)

I made a mistake sorry .

The hard drive is an IDE hard drive that uses a 40[ or 80] wire flat cable . Modern motherboards do not have this kind of connector any more . They use a much smaller SATA cable . You can use an adapter to connect that hard drive but setting it as a boot drive might be much more difficult .
You need a SATA hard drive

Oh i see in that case i have to get a new hard drive
if i change my motherboard to
MSI 880GMS-E41 FX motherboard
http://pcx.com.ph/components/motherboard/msi-880gms-e41-fx.html

so i can get 6gb/s support for hard drive
SEAGATE 500GB 7200RPM 3.5" SATA (ST500DM002) hard drive
http://pcx.com.ph/components/internal-hdd/seagate-500gb-7200rpm-3-5-sata-st500dm002.html

will my other parts (cpu, graphics, psu) be compatible with the changes?
also will it also support if i plan to upgrade to
KINGSTON 60GB SSDNOW V300 hard drive
http://pcx.com.ph/components/internal-hdd/kingston-60gb-ssdnow-v300.html
instead of SATA?
