I have a WD Hard drive(Link will be at the bottom) and I get write speeds 67 MB/sec and I record on 720p 60fps and I get a perfectly smooth video so you should be fine. What matters is your write speed and you have a pretty good one but, it also depends on what codec you are using I use "Lagarith Lossless Video Codec(Link down below)" set at Mode YV12. Since you added in 1080p I did a test on it and the video came out smooth too so you should be fine.

Short answer: You should be fine with what you have right now.

It depends on what you want to do if you don't do slowmo videos then theres no point for 60 fps. Since YouTube(I think your gonna put your videos on YT) only uses 30fps.
