I currently own a Rosewill Galaxy-01-A and I want to upgrade to a case with better cooling and cable management. I didnt spend anything on the rosewill case. I was thinking of getting the :
Corsair Carbide Series Air 540 High Airflow ATX

I have a $30 amazon gift card but should I upgrade?

Solution
Your case has good cable management. I would take some time and re-do your cable management before spending money on a new case. For the record, I have built in that Corsair case and I do not like it. It is laid out weird and is HUGE for no real reason.

^^^^ I like this one: http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Carbide-Series-Computer-CC-9011013-WW/dp/B005E97ZUU
It has good cooling as well. I'm getting the 400r version for my build
BTW. Just looking at your build and am just giving my thoughts, if that's all you need then pay no attention to what is below.

Thoughts:
- 240gb for storage? I would go for 1tb HDD and an SSD if you need it. Its just that 240 gb doesn't seem like a lot of space. OS itself takes around 20-30 gb and games take around 20-30 gb as well.
- 990fx mobos are the best for OCing ( Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P is good however )
- You can get cheaper and better performing RAM http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f314900cl9d8gbxl ($79.99)

Don't forget to change that PSU - it's poor quality. I would choose Corsair (HX, AX, TX only), Antec, Seasonic, XFX or EVGA PSUs. I would also consider a cheaper keyboard. There's no need to pay $80 for something that you use to type.

EDIT: Forget about the keyboard, I'm assuming you bought it. You should still change the PSU especially if you bought it.
