I have a sharp aqous 60 inch tv. It is 1080i for some reason the picture it displays is to big for the tv and parts become cut off. I've tried EVERY setting and nothing works. help. It will cut of some crucial info when im watching tv and that gets annoying.

you need to adjust the zoom settings. typically its a button on the remote. mine is labeled "wide" (sony tv)

it typically has a few different zoom levels with one being 0% which shows everything edge to edge.

Your TV may be overscanning the picture. This is done to make sure that there are no blanks at the edges of the screen. Check the manual and see if there is a way to adjust this. If not then you may be able to find the service manual online and that will allow you to access the service menus which have these adjustment.

sounds about right. one of those should show everything.

what AA stated is also true... though i've only had that issue when connecting up to a computer and having to adjust it in the gpu settings.
