I built a gaming computer around December of last year and have noticed an issue. The computer runs fine, but starts up very slow and takes a good 10 minutes before it's even usable. I've turned off a lot of the starting programs but I just can't figure out why it might be starting so slow. I've also noticed it running slow while just launching games sometimes.
