I am looking for a upgrade for my PC, more specifically for video recording with low-end games. (Gmod, TF2 and other stuff)
My PC configuration is:
Sempron 145 (with core unlocked, or Athlon II x2 4450e)
4GB 1333mhz RAM
HD 500GB 7200RPM
Radeon HD 5450 1GB Sapphire
What is the best to do with 170$?
