Looks good. I would choose a different case because the one you have selected can get a bit cramped. I see you have a thread for that.
You can get this ram which is exactly the same speed, but it's cheaper:

And you can get this Seasonic S12II which is a good quality PSU and it's also cheaper.

Lastly you could save some money on the hard drive and get a 1TB Seagate Barracuda.

I'll disagree here, I would take the Superflower built Rosewill Capstone (IMO higher quality) PSU over SeaSonic's entry level S12II. Both are good units and the Seasonic is cheaper so...
