The ASUS GTX750Ti is probably the best card. It's $130 after $20 MIR:

It's got a great cooler, and is capable of being overclocked by about 20% more apparently. I don't think there's a better GTX750Ti at all regardless of price, and nothing much cheaper either.

The "CONS" are no longer accurate. The overclock limit was lifted in later drivers (no longer about 10%). SLI is not an issue for most people, nor is the 6-pin power connector for most but many GTX750Ti cards don't need any additional power so if that's an issue look at maybe the EVGA.
As for the 6-pin connector "not being needed", again it is required now that the overclock limit has been lifted so ASUS designed the card with that in mind.
