i just had a query about a build i wanted to try, and weather or not it would work.
I am new to system building so here goes.

Did you buy this already? I mean...money could be allocated better. A 600-750W PSU is plenty. And skip full tower unless you need multiple HDDs or GPUs. Then upgrade the GPU and get a decent CPU cooler. Also, get the 8320 not 8350, since when overclocked they are essentially the same.

I agree, that PSU is way too much for that build and high dollar. Also, you dont need 2400 RAM, you can save some money and get 1800 or 1600. I would take some of the savings and get a 256g SSD to improve load speeds and buy a regular mechanical for file storage. By the way, that case is really cool looking.

cool... thought the case might be a little overkill, what do you think of the NZXT Guardian 921 RB. i can get it for $70
