Hello! friends
i have a Core i3 laptop of HP with Windows 8 installed in it.
about one year has been elapsed since i have installed it on my laptop and every thing was working fine but i don't know how it happened now my sound card cannot be accessed by any application installed any game,any other software drivers are ok sound card is shown in Device manager but it does not stream sound neither Microphone is accessible i ran virtual box it says microphone and sound card not found when i adjust my volume then it changes it position successfully but sound is still not streamed out!
Now here comes the strange thing to correct this thing every time my laptop starts up i need to go to control panel and click on Sounds and then all sounds of different events are displayed we can change them or play them i just play a sound say "Critical Battery Alarm" then every thing starts working again until it reboots or it happens again!
