Hello and please help me with a problem with my laptop. I bought my ASUS X550L laptop 8 months ago and never it had any problems with work until now. I never let my laptop run on battery unless am on the go. but this time while I was working it went to sleep mode(I figured it was normal thing for laptops to do) but when i try to wake my laptop, my mouse didn't respond instead i used my keyboard I check the batteries in the mouse and drivers if it was running properly and it was. I unplug and plug it again and a notification comes up says (ASUS InstanON) thats the first time i saw the notification but it says system may not wake up through lan or usb device. I tried a butch of stuff and they all failed asked local laptop technicians but they don't seem to know the problem. I don't know what to do anymore other than ask the service center for a system restore but I hope it doesn't come to that.
