is the SAPPHIRE TRI-X R9 290 4GB GDDR5 already overclocked ?
cause -usually- i found "OC" in product's name
and i can't find it in this card !
it's like 20$ more price than gigabyte r9 290 oc
so i guess it's oc'ed

and if i wanna OC it
what gpu clock i should use to make better performance without risking the card itself
1200 mhz ? the card has good cooling and i will buy 850w psu so no worries about overclocking
but i don't want to make risks .
1200 mhz is good or may damage the card ?
