The asus Z97-Deluxe is the same board as the Z97-pro but has thunder bolt.
If you want thunder bolt go with the Z97-Deluxe, but if you don't want thunderbolt go with either the Gigabyte board or the Asus z97-pro because there both great boards, so just go with the one you like the look of most.
One other difference is the deluxe doesn't have onboard graphics but when your buying a board of that class you should never use them anyway!!

How much are you willing to spend?
The Deluxe seems to heavily overpriced,more than the sabertooth.
Gigabyte Gaming 5/7OR MSI gaming5/7 OR Asrock Extreme 6 OR Asus PRO would be a good choice.
A Maximus VII hero is also good if you have the money and is ROG fan.
