Rufus stuck at NTFS fixup 55%

I'm burning Win8 ISO to USB flash drive via Rufus but it got stuck at 'CHDSK is verifying indexes(stage 2 of 3)' for an hour so far.Nothing new in the logs has shown up since it got stuck.Is this normal?
