Looking for better cooler

My setup:-

Cooler Master HAF 912 Combat Transparent Side Panel Mid Tower Cabinet
Intel 3.5 GHz LGA1150 4770K i7 4th Generation Processor
Asus Z87 Pro Motherboard
Corsair VS650 650 Watt PSU
Corsair 1600 MHZ 4x4 GB RAM
2 TB Seagate HDD

I may or may not overclock, can I buy "Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO Cooler" for this setup.
Is this the cooler would do the job?

I would suggest Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo over the one you've mentioned. As long as you dont want to over clock but if your looking to OC'ing you should consider investing bit more. With 212 evo, you can OC by little though.

cooler master hyper 212 evo is better than tx3. however, 212 evo is taller and generally bigger, so make sure your case can fit it. they both about the same price depend on where you live and sale.

forgot .. make sure of the ram clearance also. 212evo is tricky in this department

Keeping in mind Asus Z87 Pro Motherboard and Corsair 4x4 GB RAM, do you think cooler master hyper 212 evo is better and would not cause any problems to RAM due to its size?

i don't know the clearance .. but if it not the tall one... then you should be ok .. might have to install the ram first before the fan

I am not planning to OC so I guess cooler master tx3 would be fine. I only have run some applications, few games some times and watch movies.

RAM: 4X4 GB Corsair 1600 MHZ
GPU : MSI AMD/ATI R7 265 2GD5 OC 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card
Cabinet:Cooler Master HAF 912 Combat Transparent Side Panel Mid Tower Cabinet

How is it, rate it please, would I have to upgrade this build within a year or it would go for years.

i would get 2x8=16 gig of ram ... will be better than 4 ram of 4gig .. the price is about the same and you have the option way down the line to upgrade more
