So, my friend told me that if I used all the cores in my computer, it would boot up faster.
Unfortunately, it did not. I always, ALWAYS came back to a blue screen and then it restarted and did the same thing again.
We thought it would be smart to use the option "Optimized Defaults" in the BIOS settings.
Now, I don't have any boot options left and I can't start up my pc.
We've tried using a USB for reinstalling Windows 7, and that didn't work.
Do I need a CD with Windows 7 installed on it? Please help me.

Solution
I have the solution.
This worked and I am currently installing a new copy of Windows.
To fix the missing boot options do:
-Disable Fastboot
-Enable Launch CSM
Go to Security tab and disable Safe boot.
Grab a Windows disk and put it in.
Restart the computer and hold in ESC.
You will come up to a Blue box and from there you just choose your Windows Disc.

And there you go!

Thanks anyways for your help pcgaming98. :D

I dont know if Optimized BIOS settings is the same as default but if you can, try running default BIOS settings.

Also, if you're not afraid to get physical with your computer, try unplugging the CMOS battery from it's socket for 5 minutes then plugging it back in. This will clean the BIOS back to factory settings as well.

Ouchhhh, that makes it alot worse. I'll see what I can find about that laptop's BIOS.

EDIT: Google images (worst spot to look I know lol) shows that Optimized Defaults is F9 right? Which is what you used, so apparently you did use BIOS defaults. I'm lost myself at this point. I"ll keep looking but without info or even pictures of your exact BIOS, there's not much I can do (maybe you can take pictures of it for me?)
