My PCPartPicker wattage suggestion is 405w. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/x7LcGX Also, I am not sure whether I should get a modular or a non modular power supply, as I think they are not that much different but maybe a bit better for cable management. Please tell me which type I should get :D Also, I heard PSUs work best at a 50 to 80% load, is that correct?
I am not sure weather I should get a:

£51.48 Corsair 600w modular
£45.36 Corsair 500w modular
£43.32 EVGA 600w non modular (600B version)
£36.81 EVGA 500w non modular (500B version)http://www.amazon.co.uk/EVGA-500B-BRONZE-Power-Supply/dp/B00DZ6R9GE/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1405766160&sr=8-2-fkmr0&keywords=500w+psu+evga+modular
£29.99 EVGA 500w non modular (500W version)http://www.amazon.co.uk/EVGA-500W-PC-Power-Supply/dp/B00GP5Y6J0/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

Also can you please explain what the difference between the 500B and the 500w version please? I've put links to them.

EVGA 500B V's EVGA 500W - 500B is 80+ bronze efficiency & has 1 more 6+2 PCI-E power connector (2x total).

So you'd need the 500B for the 2x 6+2 pins a 270X requires.

I'd recommend the XFX 550W over the others, as it has better build quality using Seasonic as it's OEM, and puts out only 2 amps/24W less than the CX600M. The XFX will be better for overclocking as well.
