Why bios not updating in my intel dh61ww motherboard saying "invalid capsule header"

i downloaded correct bios update file .bio from Intel official website appropriate for my motherboard
but when i try to update my bios using the F7 key it shows invalid capsule header and dosent update the bios i have downloaded multiple times and its appropriate update file.. + i have two dh61ww motherboard and both are showing the same problem

Interim BIOS have been known to have this error. If your system’s current BIOS version is 0048 or earlier, you must first update to version 0099 before updating to 0109 or later.
