Bottleneck? gtx 760 OC ed + 3rd gen CPU

Planning to retire my 550ti and upgrade to a gtx 760 OC ed (choosing bet. ASUS, EVGA, and Gigabyte). Have a way-way-on-to-the-future plan to OC. This is my current rig. Will it bottle neck horribly? if yes, what are the parts I should include in upgrading? I have a low-to-mid budget range. Thanks in advance!

CPU: i5 3470, 3.20 GHz Ivy Bridge
Mobo: Gigabyte B75M-D3V
RAM: Corsair Vengeance SP DDR3 8gb
HDD: Seagate 1tb
PSU: Seasonic m2(?) 520w

im also worried in my psu. should i upgrade it also?
  3. The PSu is just fine and branded. There wouldn't be any bottlenecks as the 3470 is quite a strong processor.
