Hey all, How future proof are these cards? Best bang for buck? Will it fit my mobo?

I can get a
GTX 770 FOR £190/ 324$ Sparkle GeForce GTX770 2GB 1059Mhz (Boost 1110Mhz)
280x for £140/$239 (MSI AMD Radeon R9 280X GAMING 3G TwinFrozr)
290 for £210/$358 (ASUS AMD Radeon R9 290 4GB )

1)How long will these cards be good for
2)Which is best bang for buck, for example would it be worth getting a 280x then selling it in a year for a 290 when they drop in price.
3) I have a ASUSTeK Computer INC. P8Z68-V GEN3 Rev 1. Will this mobo run these cards?

Also any alternative and extra comment would be useful

i would get a GTX 770 4GB or the R9 290 the r9 290 price has drop a lot

you can never really future proof because you never know what is going to come out but you should get 2-5 years form the cards just. but if you like playing on high you may only get 1-2 years

Hi, is there any reason for that? Yes the 290 would be reference.
