These are specs for budget AMD gaming PC that I want to build

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 280 3GB TWIN FROZR Video Card
RAM: Kingston HyperX (2x4) 8GB DDR3 1600 RAM
Power Supply: Corsair CSM 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

Please suggest if there are any weaknesses or bottlenecks in this build. And can this build give 60+ fps in all 2013/2014 games at maxxed out settings without frequent lags?

It won't max out all games but most. Are you going to overclock the 6300? It'll help with low frames. What's the mobo?

No bottlenecks, they rarely happen now. Performance-wise it should get you Avg ~60fps on BF4. I have the same CPU and GPU. It does drop below 60fps occasionally but I dont really notice it. I'm not sure about many other games since I play things like CS:GO which are nowhere near as demanding as BF4. I dont 100% think it'll max out new games but it should for most

But since BF4 is such a big game used all the time for testing rigs if it can perform in that game then it should performs well in others.

Nice build. No such bottlenecks are noticeable but could be minimal which would depend on the games you are playing.
Don't forget to dd an AFM cooler like the CM Hyper 212EVO.

I forgot to add this but my motherboard is ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3. Yes I will be overclocking the FX to 4.5GHz to reduce if not eliminate any bottlenecks.

That isn't a good board to O.C But it would work.
Why don't you get a fx8320 instead?

I would get a core i7 4820k and Z97 chipset, IF and only if money wasn't an issue. Sadly it is and this build is the best that I was able to come up with. If I go with a processor that is costlier then I will have to sacrifice on the GPU performace. :(

4.5GHz is too high on that mobo. I'd shoot more for a 4.3/4.4GHz with Cooler Master Evo. Definitely overclock that CPU but realize that mobo isn't the best for pushing it.

Yes you're right, it doesn't have heatsinks on the mosfets. I will be oc'ing it to 4.2 GHz then. Hoping it will be able to run my R9 280 without any hiccups.

shoot for 4.3GHz and be happy. You got a great value build.
