I have a Gigabyte G31m Es2l motherboard and recently added a new Zotac GT 630 graphics card
and now dislpay is blueish in colour .
full specs

Zotac Gt 630
4 gb ram
intel E5500 processor

Are you using a VGA cable to connect to your display? If so, one of the pins could just not be making contact, try reseating and properly tightening the cable. Also, check the pins for any broken or bent ones.
