Solution
For your budget the GTX760 or AMD R9 280 is the best you can get. It would be a stretch on your budget going t0o GTX770 or R9 280X. It is not the quantity of slots you have that gives performance it is the GPU you have. Dual card solution's on Average only add around 50% performance to the same single card.

but i have still 2 unused pci-e slots, so i can better use them all or not?

and my psu is only 750 watt so if i upgrade, do i need a new psu?

plz note that i am a youtuber so i would get the best graphics for my money so i can record games with a high fps preferably on ultra high settings, so i would also look at amd radeon.
The point is just that i would get a amazing performance step-by-step, i mean that i maybe can upgrade in the future to triple channel gpu and a better psu

:??::??::??:
