I had 10 computers they all connected to LAN Internet works well when I turn on the 7th PC automatically internet speed slow down why...?

Obviously the greater the number of machines sharing the same connection the slower it will be for each individual computer. Is the slowdown dramatic with the seventh computer? Is it always the same computer (have you tried turning them on in a different order)? If so that would indicate a probable hardware problem with the NIC on that computer.
