I have Dell optiplex gx 620 so you know that psu is best i can do.
i have a Pentium d 820 dual core 2.8 GHz processor 4x5120MB of ra memory and currently runnning ATI Radeon HD5450 (512MB)
Its a piece of garbage GPU so im looking for new one
What are good gpu's for 280Watt PSU I'm hoping for gpu that could run Battlefield 3 on LOWEST settings possible for at least 30fps

you have options depending on how munch you want to spend, here are the cards you can choose from:

best: gtx 750 ti ($150)
gtx 750 / HD 7750 (R7 250E) ($90-110)
R7 250 (non x) ($80-89)
worst R7 240 ($70-80)
