Long story short, I've been streaming and lagging extremely hard. I don't have the money to upgrade right now, and one of my friends told me about using Intel Quick Sync to stream with OBS (Open Broadcaster). I thought I would try it, so I followed the instructions, but quickly found that my bios didn't seem to have an option to enable quick sync (no iGPU Multimonitor or anything.) Tried options that were closely worded to that but nothing worked. I have an AMI bios and my motherboard is a BioStar H61MH motherboard.

I followed the instructions from this page https://mirillis.com/en/products/tutorials/action-tutorial-intel-quick-sync-setup_for_desktops.html, but the quick sync option was still grayed out in OBS settings.

I was able to update my HD3000 and set up the "virtual monitor" like it said, but in the end it just didn't let me choose the quick sync option.
