*Help* Upgrading from 8 GB to 16 GB RAM caused a decrease in performance.

After installing two additional sticks of Corsair Vengeance Pro Series 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1866 MHZ (PC3 15000) Desktop Memory (4 of the exact same RAM in total adding up to a grand total of 16 GB RAM), my overall FPS in Wildstar dropped by 10-30 frames everywhere, with random ups and downs. I did check my BIOs, the latency and voltage are correct. Anyone have a solution to this? I don't really understand how adding RAM would decrease performance. I've even removed 8 GB to test it out, and Wildstar ran more smoothly with a 10-30 FPS increase.

My specs:
Intel Core i7-4770K
MSI Z87 GD65 GAMING Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance Pro Series DDR3 1866 MHZ (x4)
EVGA GEFORCE GTX 780 3 GB

Tested both the old set and the new 8 GB sets individually, both run at the approximate same FPS. But when I run them together, Wildstar drops 30 FPS.

Old 8 GB: ~105 FPS
New 8 GB: ~105 FPS (Same slots as old ones, 1 and 3)
16GB: ~75-80 FPS
8 GB in previously unused sockets: ~95-100 FPS (Slots 2 and 4)

I'm not quite sure about the model # but both the boxes have CMY8GX3M2A1866C9 on a label in the back so that might be it.
*Edit: Never mind, I'm updating the BIOS at the moment.

I've also checked with CPU-Z, and the BIOS, the memory appears to be running at the correct frequency and latency. I also have X.M.P. enabled.

It's my first build so I'm not really knowledgeable. Memory seems to be quite a fickle component, seeing as how my first set was DOA, which prompted me to buy a second set. Now this third set is actually decreasing performance.
*Edit: I've linked the RAM I bought in the original post.

Unfortunately, the BIOS update didn't help. I looked in the BIOS under the Memory-Z category and came up with tRFC: 300.0000ns (200CLK) for all four sticks of memory. There was another category, X.M.P. Support Information, that showed tRFC: 260.3750ns (243 CLK) though.

I have no idea how to change tRFC timings though. Everything under Memory-Z was just read-only and couldn't be changed.
*Edit: Just checked with CPU-Z and it says the tRFC: 244 clocks. Three different values?
