When i turn on my PC,everything seems to work fine as i hear the fans and one beep,then,the motherboard's logo appear and after that, it sticks on a black screen.I have tried to boot in safe mode,I have tried to enter BIOS settings.I have also tried to reset CMW,But none of these worked!Any help would be appreciated!!

I can't be specific, but if Windows won't even run in Safe Mode it's usually an indication of faulty hardware.
It's definitely not an OS problem since the black screen appears and hangs long before Windows has started to load, which reinforces the likelihood of it being a faulty component.

the same with me.. except my stupid parents wont let me open the freakin case so i can check the hardware..... however i did.. but everything seemed fine... but its still the same
