Hi all
I am trying to connect my laptop to a Hitachi HD TV using a HDMI cable, I have done this plenty of times on other TV's without problems.
When I plug the HDMI in to the laptop the TV screen goes blue to black registering that something is attached, but the TV screen stays black and does not show what I see on my laptop.
I have checked settings and my computer is set to duplicate when connected to the TV so it should work but it doesn't, I have also lowered the resolution on my PC but that doesn't seem to work either.
Any help would be appreciated!
