Hello everyone, over the past year I have been having a tough time with my gaming pc.

ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard
Intel Core i7-920 Bloomfield Quad-Core 2.66GHz LGA 1366 130W
CORSAIR DOMINATOR 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
Nvidia GTX 600 series 2gb ram

I had replaced the stock heatsink/fan for a nice Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120 mm PWM Fan. The computer had been running fine for about 4 months and then started having issues with the computer shutting off. I monitored the temp in windows, it was stable at around 50 c. I reseated the processor, cleaning with the arctic silver 2 part solution. And resetting with arctic silver 5, across the cores in one small line. After monitoring the temp in bios, showing a stable temp of 32 degrees C with the mobo temp at 30 degrees C for an hour, whenever I go into windows it restarts everytime. Help! Thank you.

Why topic is P5B? if your mobo is P6T?
Anyway, first what you must to try is to change in bios settings for your HDD compatibility: ASCI/RAID/compatible or something like that. Try different modes and run windows.
Second is to install fresh windows at any modes of that.
