I have an old HP Pavilion XE839 desktop. I haven't turned it on for about a year. I have some graphic files on there that I was going to transfer to a thumb drive. When I plug it in, the green light on the front comes on, but after just a few seconds, it beeps 4 times and turns off. Have opened the case cleaned as much dust as I can get at. Fan is working. I have reseated HDD cables and ram. Still doing the same thing. Any ideas? Thanks.
