ASUS Maximus VI Hero doesn't start - No Q code

Hey all,
My ASUS Maximus vi hero will not post or boot up. No Q code is provided when I hit the start button on the motherboard, even though power is on and te start button is lit up. Normally I could cut power, re apply it, and then wait a few minutes to fix the problem but this no longer works either. Please Help!

The motherboard requires just the cpu and the ram to start, without the ram you'd have to rely on the speaker beeps to rule out missing the ram or bad ram.

The speakers do not start. Nothing happens when I hit the start button, no lights or sound or anything.

Do you have connected the 8-pin cable for the CPU?

Everything ia plugged in completely. I even replaced the 8pin connector in case it was bad, but to no avail.

CPU could be dead :/ or the PSU is failing to power the CPU.
Tried turning the system on with the power button on the case?

So the system booted at least once?
