Low fps in games please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My pc spec....
core i5 4670K 3.4
amd 7770 Overclocked edition 1 gb
8 gb ram
Ok my friend have worse Cpu and worse graphic card , and he still runs games like bf4 better then me . We both have only 1 hard drive. I play games on 1366x768. And i can hardly play bf4 on high settings, i dont understand. In bf4 options u have like a '' PC preformance test'' So after test im getting 47 fps ( results) . but in reality when to many things happening at once im getting like 20 or less. please help anyone. and sorry for gramer or any spellings

Your PCs should perform almost exactly the same. If he is running at a higher FPS then he either lowered the resolution scaling or something to make the game look worse.

The test says FPS in the menu and is not reliable. If your friend is getting better FPS he is most likely at lower settings.

Your CPUs will perform about the same in game. By chance is your HD 7770 a GDDR3 version? That would cause a performance hit.
