the parts i want to get are:

CPU : Intel® Core™ i5-4690 3.50 GHz 6MB LGA1150

Motherboard : ASRock Z97 Pro4 ATX w/ Intel GbLAN, 2 PCIe x16, 2 PCIe x1, 2 PCI, 1 x M.2, 6x SATA 6Gb/s

RAM : 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3/1866MHz Dual Channel Memory

Video Card : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 2GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 x16

Power Supply : 600 Watts - Standard 80 Plus Certified Power Supply

Hard Drive : 1TB SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 32MB Cache 7200RPM HDD

Can it run games like battlefield 4 on high/ultra?

It's still hard to say because BF4 isn't very optimised, but it should run similar high end games with no problem at 40-60fps depending on the game. Less graphicly intensive games such as CS GO you're going to be looking at about 400-500fps.... lol.
