Its better just to upgrade the whole computer cuz you might bottleneck the GTX 750. how much money are you going to be spending for all the upgrade?

Well then your pretty much buying a new pc you might as well get a new case and power supply while your at it. It just isent worth it to build on what you have.

Buy a completely new computer. If your going to get a new GPU, CPU and Motherboard, then your still going to need to get some new RAM, and I bet that that PSU that you currently have is either under powered, or on it's last leg. Also the HDD won't hold more than a few triple A games, so I would get a new HDD too, and that's pretty much the hole computer right there.

Because the 750ti has more performance and is more power efficient for just a little more.
