if any one can help please do. Every time i start up my pc it gets to the windows screen and then restarts. Every time i try safe mode or any of the other 2 modes they crash and restart as well. I cant do anything. My system rapir doesnt work same with my system restore i have no clue what the problem is and my older bro wont help me out so if any one knows how to fix it i beg you help me...and the computer is a dell optiplex 760 and i just bought it 3 weeks ago. if that helps
