I would upgrade the CPU first
But what are you going to use the system for; gaming, work, etc...?
Because in some cases you might need to upgrade the GPU first but i think that the CPU should be upgraded first

4 cores is right in the middle for gaming and for youtube so go ahead and upgrade the CPU

If doing video streaming / recording / editing, then you should jump all the way to the FX 8350 CPU. Another option is to upgrade to an Intel z97 motherboard and an i7-4790k CPU if you could create a budget for it. It pwns all other CPUs in the market with the exception of the LGA 2011 six-core i7s.
