I am interested in buying a graphics card, and I was wondering whether the Asus GeForce GTX 660 DirectCU II OC NVidia Graphics Card would work with my motherboard.

Do you mean the output? If so, the output is 550w.

The motheboard is fine, with the pci-e x16 you can install any new gpu.

Beyond the mobo and the psu, you will need a good cpu to avoid bottleneck.

Of course the card will work. It plugs into any PCI Express x16 slot. The catch is that you have to have a good quality PSU and a decent enough CPU so as not to hold back or "bottleneck" that card.

By the way. I wouldn't run a GTX 660 on a 550 watt PSU unless it was a top quality 80+ gold rated or platinum rated one, and I have a feeling thats not what you have. Get at least a 600-650 watt unit.
